Since 1988, Digestive Health Center has provided patients with a convenient alternative to the hospital for Colonoscopy Procedures, Consultative and Diagnostic Gastroenterology, and Therapeutic Endoscopy. Located in Carmel, Digestive Health Center provides gastrointestinal services such as colonoscopy and endoscopy at a lower cost, with less administrative hassle, and minimal stress. We accept most insurance carriers and offer flexible scheduling. Digestive Health Center is open 8:00 am to 4:30 pm five days a week and appointments can be scheduled with little wait time.
Dr. Stout
Dr. Daniel Stout is double board certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine.
He earned his medical degree from the Indiana School of Medicine and completed a fellowship in gastroenterology at the Cleveland Clinic. He belongs to numerous professional organizations including the
American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and the
American Gastroenterological Association.
Dr. Stout performs colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures at his ambulatory surgery center. With his practice, Dr. Stout can offer technical expertise with a low complication rate. He personally delivers colonoscopy and endoscopy results immediately, educating you on your diagnosis and future treatment. As the sole practitioner at Digestive Health Center, Dr. Stout offers more flexibility with scheduling and rates than large hospitals.

Medical Staff
Digestive Health Center’s staff of registered nurses assists Dr. Stout in all outpatient procedures.
Procedures include proficient, virtually painless colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, effective endoscopic control of gastrointestinal hemorrhage, dilation of the esophagus, and more. We use conscious sedation to ensure a short length of stay and peace of mind before, during, and after the procedure. Our goal is to provide patients with a complete level of care.
