He earned his medical degree from the Indiana School of Medicine and completed a fellowship in gastroenterology at the Cleveland Clinic. He belongs to numerous professional organizations including the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, the American Gastroenterological Association, and the American Digestive Health Foundation.
Dr. Stout is affiliated with St. Vincent Hospital and Community Hospital North, but he performs most colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures at his ambulatory surgery center. With his practice, Dr. Stout can offer technical expertise with a low complication rate. He personally delivers colonoscopy and endoscopy results immediately, educating you on your diagnosis and future treatment, and is available to all patients around the clock.
